Well because it is summer time and I have been wearing sandals a lot of the time I really haven't wore the insoles much yet.

I am afraid this item did not do the trick for me. Although very well constructed, actually the best constructed of any incents I have seen to date, however my foot cannot handle the arch support. I have a box full of orthotics made for me by god knows how many podiatrists over the years. Every one I told My foot cannot handle an arch, Every orthotic came with an arch. Even the best Foot DR at Hospital for Special Surgery gave me the same thing. So although the quality of your product gets a 10 from me, its use in my case gets a 0. It would have been nice if I had someone to talk to on the phone to explain my particular situation, Than maybe you might have been able to make me something that would have helped. I'm not asking for a refund, because I did try and adjust them myself, but I did want to let you know what my feelings were about your product.

Inserts seem to work for a few hours but pain returns and this one is unbearable My doctor will seek further investigation for my spine and left leg to make my life more active and feel happy I would recommend this product
